Hello,

yes, I have a question. I asked some time ago for a single /private bedroom at the hotel - is this booked so?

Regards,

Thomas

Hello Thomas,

when I booked for the rooms, the "chalet" did not accept to give to the Amicale 309 two many double rooms. The chalet is quite small and the chalet's administration needs to keep some double rooms for others tourists. Every attendee will divide a room with a least one other attendee.

I have the layout of the rooms and we can both discuss to find the place you prefer ;)

See you,
Christopher

And the next question  : Do we need any Toll stickers or have to pay toll for French motorway when we make our trips? Or do we only use the country roads? When I will come to the Chalet on Friday I don´t need to use the motorway, so my question.

Hello,

thank you for your answers. I know the toll system only from Austria when I go to South Tirol (Italy) every year for holiday. There you must buy a sticker for front window before you go on the motorway. The police is very very strong there with contoling. You get caught in any case and must pay...
At my route to the meeting I only have to use the German Autobahn, in France I can use the country roads. They are much nicer to drive with the 309 (is so loud over 100 km/h :triste1: )

Just two weeks! I'm looking forward to it :pompom: !

Regards Thomas

Hi everyone!
We have not recieved yet the PDF file with all the information. Is everything ok?
I come with my wife and we asked for a double room too. Do we have to share room too? How many people will be in each room?
See you all very soon!!

I sent it today to everybody so you should have received it by now.
David, please tell me if you're interested in joining the French people from the South-West of France because they want to know if you will be part of the convoy to go to the meeting so they can arrange everything. They told me it would quite good if you could be at Narbonne quite early on the morning.
